I did a fourth of July trip with my grand daughters and booked the resort, when we first arrived the room was not even ready so we had to return later; coming from out of town this was an inconvenience. The room had bugs all over the condo from the ceilings to the kitchen they were gnats.

The girls were scared all on the beds falling from the ceilings, we could not even eat in the room or cook especially pizza in fear we would eat one. (They are very tiny). The room had a terrible pet smell in the home, it was like a wet pet, the room was not clean there was an empty pudding container under the bed full of gnats, it was so gross, because of the holiday the office did not offer another room (which I suggested); I paid over a thousand dollars for the stay and after constantly complaining I was not proper care or respect.

I would never recommend spending that much money on any resort. This was at Hilton Head Resort.

I liked: Location and the area of the condo that i rented.

I didn't like: It was bug infested and smelled very bad.
