Getaway Spinnaker Resorts, hilton head resort
I bought the package offered and have been trying ever since to book a vacation. They never have any availability.
They have called me twice. January, 2016 and January 2017, both times with a few dates in february but no weIekends. I have called them in april, may, june, july and august but they were never able to book me. I was told tonight, when the representative called me, that this makes no sense because they can book 30-60-90 days out.
so i requested to book march or april. No, she could only book for february. and only 2 check in dates available, both tuesdays. My plan is now expired because they have never been able to book me.
The caller stated they want to work with me so I don't lose my money. She put me on hold to talk to custermer service, after being told i was first in que for representative and waiting 12 minutes, a lady picked up briefly and disconnected me. over the past 18 months i have been told repeatedly that a supervisor or customer service rep would call me .... no one ever calls.
except in january. I'm also supposed to have a second trip to myrtle beach or florida within 18 months of completing the hilton head trip.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: I will take a full refund or a follow through with dates that i can actually use..
