Saleman stated perks with the purchase of our timeshare that are not available. He sold me lies and deceit.

I needed to sell my timeshare back to Spinnaker, which they said I could after 6 months, they lied...they are not willing to work with me at all. I have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and need to sell back my timeshare...Wishing I would have never of bought this. Sold incorrect information from the get go...I've tried using the timeshare only 3 times, I can't seem to get the room I need at the time I would prefer.

They constantly tell me "No rooms available", but then I can go online and purchase the room without being a member, for just a few dollars more..This is not fair. Not good business practices...I do not recommend buying a Condo/timeshare from Spinnaker resorts of Florida...

Preferred solution: for Spinnaker to take back my timeshare. You aren't losing any money I've paid over 11,000 dollars already..

I didn't like: Being lied to, Or being mislead in the sell of our property.
