Spinnaker Resorts - Misrepresentation
I was contacted by Spinaker in nov 2012 for a $300CAN package-later my Visa bill showed over $400CAN charged. The sales rep told me my package would be 3nights in Ormond beach.
Another 3 nights near Disney parks and also a free week at a carnival cruise...we were told we only go for 1 presentation but when I called to check dates the rep told me we have 2 mandatory presentations...on top of that he was forcing me to book right away. By the end of that conversation I was left with the feeling that if I don't book Soon I won't get what I paid for, I can't change the dates once booked-unless of a medical reason. The letters that I was to receive about my reservations came a month later then the 5business day delay that I was told...same as the initial letters. When I call now my calls get forwarded to voicemail.
To date I have left almost 5-8 messages and nobody bothers calling back. All i can say is they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with....will never recommend anyone to get vacation with them!
Monetary Loss: $400.
