I received my confirmation on June 1, 2018 for the purchased of a vacation at Ormand Beach, after the reading the confirmation I decided to cancel this transaction, however no one has respond to the email that I sent. I sent this cancellation notice to the same email account that they use to send my confirmation.

I would like to get a refund of 215.00 applied to my credit card.

I am going to try again, but I read another customer was told cancellation was to be done within 7 days and by certified mail. This information is not on any of the documents they sent, If you called they do not return the call, so I can only assume this was a horrible scam and the csr that originally spoke to me told an untruth, when she indication no problem you can get a refund, but never once indicated it must be requested by certified mail, so I plan to contact BBB regarding this practice as well as consumer fraud divison.

these people called me yesterday-- glad my CC was declined-- and they tried to get399-- then 299 out of me-- i KNEW it was too good to be true
