We were told that Spinnaker would take care of all the cost of transferring the titles of a rival timeshare that we own but we are having to pay $1000 to have it done. They skim over the terms and say "this is all that means" but beware!

They are skimming over it for a reason. The resorts are great but the sales crews are out there for one reason only: to reel you in and make their money. It sounds as if you are being treated with respect but it is all a ***.

And wait till you try to book! Then they will tell you the best way to book is to trade again and buy a specific week so you will be sure to be able to use what you already own.

This person wrote the review because of return, exchange or cancellation policy at Spinnaker Resorts. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Spinnaker Resorts to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was deceitful business practices and misleading echange info. Author liked the most resorts and condo we stayed in. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

Hmm not defending the rep if he said it didn't cost anything to transfer but seriously even skimming paperwork before you sign it would mean you should see a dollar sign what did you do just go straight to the signature line? Its something you spent thousands of dollars on to use for generations
