Spinnaker Resorts Vacation Package Review from Branson, Missouri
I bought a package from Spineker n was suppose to stay n a one bedroom condo so i could get the feel of what i would be purchasing. They knew i had a service dog and was bringing her.
When i got my destination, i was told i could not have the service dog in the condos and they have to put me in a motel. I still had to attend the speil. Why would i want to buy something that my service dog could not be in. Or would have so much trouble you would put me back into a motel again and again when that was not what i paid for.
Needless to say, i did not buy a timeshare. My advice, if anyone calls from a timeshare RUN!
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Was your dog a "Service Animal" or was it an "Emotional Support Animal"?
"Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals either. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individualโs disability.
It does not matter if a person has a note from a doctor that states that the person has a disability and needs to have the animal for emotional support. A doctorโs letter does not turn an animal into a service animal."
